As Hands-on CTO at Livable Places, I've been building an AI-first platform since July 2025 that analyzes social environments and amenities - with focus on the "S" in ESG (Social Sustainability). Tech-Stack: Python/FastAPI, Nuxt 3/Vue 3, PostGIS/MapLibre, Terraform/Hetzner.
