Overview

As a freelance systems engineer, I was instrumental in planning, building, expanding, and operating Telefonica Germany’s data center. My expertise in database-driven documentation was instrumental in achieving these goals, and I was responsible for hardware support, diagnosis, and troubleshooting across the entire server landscape.

A major aspect of my work was to quickly identify and resolve “business critical” issues to ensure SLA compliance and maintain the smooth operation of the center.
