SCRUM Master & Backend Dev - Agile Development
Overview
As a Scrum Master and Backend Developer, I was responsible for introducing agile methods and consolidating teams to ensure effective development. I integrated the front-end and back-end into one Scrum team and created and maintained the internal Scrum documentation.
By coaching the management, product managers and core team members, I was able to create a productive working environment and align the team with the agile process. I used lean development methods and the SCRUM framework to effectively use user stories, product backlogs, task boards, sprint backlogs, impediment backlogs, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and planning games.
I led the daily events, planning events, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, and led the development of a definition of done. I was able to identify, resolve, and transparently present obstacles, as well as transparently present the team’s daily progress and determine velocity.
I used tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel to do my job effectively. These helped me document my work, create transparency, and facilitate team collaboration.
As a result, I was able to build an effective and agile team capable of meeting customer requirements and delivering a high-quality product.
