As a member of the strategic "Tech-Board" of USU AG and team leader of the Java team in the Bonn branch, I led 7 consultants and was a member of the technological strategy board of USU Business Solutions. Team coaching, management reporting, and strategic IT decisions.

Portal project management for a team of 4 consultants with agile transformation: Strategy workshop with external board members, SCRUM introduction, and transition to agile approach. Effort estimation, proposal creation, status meetings, and monthly billing for successful project execution.
