Overview

As a hands-on CTO, I was responsible for building, operating and evolving internal and external platforms as well as making all IT and product-related decisions. As a Scrum Master and Product Owner Lead, I built an agile team and created and maintained a product roadmap.

I created and evolved an automated CI/CD pipeline from code to production, and worked as a DevOp, Backend Lead, and Frontend Lead. I was also responsible for building the office network and managing hardware, as well as conducting employee conversations and training.

I also trained an employee to become a Product Owner and worked with them on a website relaunch. Additionally, I conducted company strategy coaching and initiated recurring company strategy meetings, including planning and conducting presentations and moderations.

As an Agile Coach, I coached the management team and other departments, and conducted project management coaching. I also planned meetings within the CxOs, including planning company strategy and coaching in employee leadership.
