Overview
As a part-time Chief Technology Officer, I work closely with the Smartjobr leadership team to shape and implement the company’s technical vision. I assist in the planning, development, and scaling of the platform, using innovative technologies and effective processes to make the company successful.
Activities
- Planning, development, and scaling of the freelancer matching platform
- Identification of technical risks and solutions
- Development and implementation of security and privacy policies
- Collaboration with the leadership team on the company’s strategic direction
- Implementation of technological innovations and effective processes
- Selection and hiring of technical staff
Methodology
I work closely with the Smartjobr leadership team, holding regular meetings and reports to ensure that all parties are on the same page. My approach is agile, and I use iterative development processes to respond quickly and effectively to changes.
