Overview
As the CTO at WPS MANAGEMENT GMBH, I am responsible for leading the technological development and innovation within a scaled agile team environment. My key responsibilities include promoting agile practices, implementing state-of-the-art technologies, and ensuring efficient and effective product development.
I collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional Scrum teams to realize the company’s technical vision and strategy. My focus is on continuously improving development processes, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and ensuring high quality standards in software development.
In my role as CTO, I am also responsible for selecting and implementing new technologies and systems that contribute to achieving business objectives. I oversee the technical infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and up-to-date.
