Overview

As CTO at WPS MANAGEMENT, I led the technological transformation of 15 cross-functional Scrum teams with 100+ developers - fully remote, without middle management. Introduction of FaST Agile, flow-based metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time) instead of velocity theater, and cloud-native architecture on GCP/Azure.

The transformation from output-focused to outcome-driven teams enabled ~70% faster deployments and higher team autonomy through golden paths instead of rigid processes. Servant leadership instead of command & control, shared ownership instead of handovers.
