Overview
As Hands-on CTO at Livable Places, I've been building an AI-first platform since July 2025 that makes the "S" in ESG (Social Sustainability) measurable. Our focus: analyzing social environments and amenities to make cities and neighborhoods more livable - not just efficiency, but real societal value.
Hands-on from Data Pipelines (Python/FastAPI/PostGIS) to Frontend (Nuxt/Vue), Lean Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Hetzner), and AI-powered analyses for user-friendly, data-driven decisions. Collaboration with founding team for tight integration of tech and vision.
