CTO & Chief Product Owner for Freelancer Platform

Overview

As CTO and Chief Product Owner at a startup company, I lead the development of a matching platform for freelancers. In this role, I am responsible for developing the technical vision and product strategy, leading a team of developers, designers, and marketing professionals, and selecting new technologies and frameworks.

I continuously monitor the infrastructure to ensure the platform is secure and scalable. I manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget, working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, as well as external partners such as developers and vendors.

I continuously improve the platform based on customer feedback and validate changes to enhance the user experience. I focus on ensuring the security and privacy of the platform.

I also advise management on business strategy and software development in general. I am responsible for relaunching the website using Next.js and consolidating the portal as a PWA for web and Android.
