Overview

As CTO & CPO at Smartjobr, I built an AI-powered freelancer matching platform from 0 to 1 - from technical vision to scalable product strategy. Startup environment: rapid iteration, product-market fit, and team building in a growing company.

The platform uses k-Means algorithm and NLP for intelligent matching between freelancers and projects. Next.js/PWA architecture for cross-platform user experience, AWS infrastructure for scalability, and automated BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.
